A lot of work has been put into improving upon our first release of our weight control software, version 1.2 is a huge improvement of the look and feel of eFit, many problems have been fixed, and a new Mac version will accompany the release of version 1.2 for the PC. Also a new Shopping list feature, is a highlight of some of the new features that will come with 1.2, allowing you to easily create shopping lists based on you food and dieting journal.
